The voice is part of the medicine.
QRM works with sound in layers: a simple hum anyone can do on the first day, the healing sound of each organ, and the singing of its tone. Sometimes alone. Sometimes, together.
Three depths
Hum — one steady note, closed lips. Calm arrives on its own.
Healing sound — the breath-sound of the organ you are working.
Tone — the organ's note, sung on a vowel, aligned with the QRM app.
Together
A book can teach you to hum. It cannot give you a room of voices. Singing together is the one part of QRM you can only receive in the presence of others — and it is the heart of every gathering.
