What we collect. And what we do not.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and asks for nothing you have not chosen to send us. Here is the whole of it.

No cookies, no analytics

This site sets no cookies at all, including for your language choice — the language lives in the address of the page you are reading, which is why it can be shared and bookmarked. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracker on any page.

What we hold

  1. Your email and message, if you write to us — kept only as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of what was asked.

  2. What you send in a facilitator application, for as long as the application is under consideration.

  3. Standard server request logs held by our hosting provider, used to keep the site up and secure.

  4. Nothing else. There is no profile of you here, and nothing is sold or shared for advertising.

When the shop opens

There is no checkout yet, so no payment or delivery data exists. When a payment processor is chosen, this page will name it and list exactly what is shared with it before a single order can be placed. We will never see or store your full card number.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will act on it — we do not require a form, and we will not ask you to justify the request.
